Our largest capacities for turning are found on several machines. 

Turning between centers max 120"

 A Large through bore spindle lathe can accommodate up to 11.75" diameter through the spindle. Swing up to 32" diameter (in gap)

2 Bridgeport Knee mills give plenty of support for non production milling operations, like keying shafts and other basic tasks.

A Gilbert Horizontal boring mill is perfectly sized for line boring excavator buckets, and other large, heavy milling applications

A 70 ton CNC press brake allows us to bend a variety of shapes after laser cutting. Bending is limited to 64" wide and thickness varies by width.

Several band saws vertical and horizontal are a starting point for all machining operations, cutting materials close to finish size for further processing

3 Hydraulic Presses ranging from 40 Tons to 250 Tons are crucial when disassembling interference fitments, straightening shafts and other applications where much force is needed.

A variety of Miller MIG welders,A Miller Heli-Arc TIG welder, Oxy-Acetylene torches and a Thermal Dynamics Plasma cutter handle all of our Welding and Torch cutting duties
